Our Terms of Business:
Our commitment is reflected in our Terms of Business. A prepayment (Retainer or Start Fee) initiates our search activities, while the Placement Fee is settled on the first day of the successful candidate’s employment. The Placement Fee may be split into a Shortlist Fee and the Placement Fee itself, depending on the assignment.
Flexibility is key. We tailor our approach, sometimes combining Direct Search with Advertised Selection, as agreed upon with the client. The Retained Search typically spans three to five weeks for the shortlist presentation, persisting until the perfect candidate assumes their role with our client.
